I missed my delivery, what can I do?

Once order is shipped, 3 delivery attempts are made from courier services before it is returned to us. Failed delivery attempt is accompanied with Missed Delivery Card.

If the parcel is returned back to us, we will reship it once customer gets back to us for reshipping the order. Shipping will be charged as per the method chosen by the customer to reship the item.

Tracking says order delivered, but I did not get it?

If your order is not delivered as stated in online tracking, please contact us via live chat facility, phone or message. We will raise the same with courier service and get that fixed. Usually in such cases a tracer is raised and courier service will locate the package and deliver it to you. In case it is lost, we will either process a replacement or full refund as per customer’s choice.

What does back order means showing on particular sizes?

Sizes showing as back order or Pre order are currently out of stock, but still you can order them. For these we take 5-7 days to manufacture and ship the item in addition to the delivery time.

My payment is getting declined Transaction Error 15005 while checkout

We are extremely sorry for the payment not processed. We checked with the error code which was 15005. This is an error from the card issuer. Please contact your card issuer to fix this error. Please see the screenshot for more details.

Why my Facebook messenger account is receiving order notification

While placing order, on checkout page, there is an option under Notification, "Get Order Updates, Customer service and more, Send to Messenger".

If this option is checked, our system will automatically share updates on your Facebook account. To avoid this, please uncheck this option. If you are not logged in to your Facebook account already in the browser, it will ask for you to login for receiving updates.

Can I use prepaid cards or Gift cards?

No, we do not accept any prepaid card or gift card on CorsetDeal for any online purchase

Is my payment information safe?

We do not share your information with any third party (excluding partners who may have linked you to our site) without your permission. We respect your privacy.

Can I Cancel my order.

You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.

Which currencies do you accept?

We accept only £GBP on www.corsetdeal.co.uk and all prices shown on the website is in £GBP. However you can pay in any currency which will be converted to £GBP once you checkout and are on the payment confirmation page.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

What is your return & exchange policy?

Return within 45 Days. No questions asked! No restocking fees!

Only condition is, Item must be in new, unaltered, undamaged and unused condition. We expect the item to reach us as it left our warehouse. Send in original packaging, with tags if possible. Do not worry if you lost the packaging or tags, we will be happy to honour the return.

We have automated return portal system, handle return on your own. No need to wait for emails for sending the items back.

Steps to return the item for UK & EU customers:

* Go to  https://www.corsetdeal.co.uk/pages/return-label

* Enter email address on the order and Order number. Click continue

* Select the product you want to return. Select Refund or Exchange, Quantity and Return reason. You can add additional comments if you like and click continue

* Review returns details. If you need to do any changes, click on back option else click continue

* Select Prepaid shipping label if youand Parcel size (Select the available option) and Submit  (NOTE: If prepaid label is not generated and gives a message “An error occurred” Please select option “I will ship myself”. We will send a prepaid label on your email address on the order. You can use that label to ship the item back to us. **Valid only for orders placed after 12th July)

* If prepaid label is generated successfully, Print the Return label and return form. Put the return form in the package and paste the shipping label on the package.

* Drop the package to your nearest carrier drop location. Carrier is mentioned on the shipping label.

Misuse of Return Policy

Return can be done once either a refund or an exchange. Please do not force to honour a return twice.

Items which do not qualify for returns, e.g. accessories and final sale items please do not request or return these as we will not honour such requests. Any disputes will not be entertained.

Please do not send any used or damaged item back to us, which we will not be able to accept as a return. That’s not a part of the deal. We will discard such items with relevant information sent on your email as proof.

When I will receive my refund?

Once returned item(s) is delivered to us and restocked in our warehouse, we'll confirm and process a refund. Please allow us minimum 3 business days to restock the item. If you believe that we should have received the parcel by now, and your return is still not processed, please contact us via live chat facility, phone or message. If you receive reply from us about non receipt of package, we recommend you contact the postal service that you sent it with.

Refund takes 5-10 Business days but most of the cases it is credited within 48 business hours. Refund is applied to original payment method (PayPal or Credit/Debit card)

When will I receive my exchange items?

Once returned item(s) is delivered and restocked in our warehouse, please allow us minimum 3 business days to restock the item. As soon as item is restocked we will process the exchange. Exchange will be shipped out with Standard shipping service and tracking number will be shared within 48-72 hours on email address on the order.

I have received Damaged or Incorrect Order, what to do?

DUTY & TAXES

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

For UK and EU countriesthere is no Import Duties, Clearance Fees or Brokerage fees including any other additional charges associated with your order. All orders are door delivered without any additional charges.

Why I am charged customs duty and taxes?

For Finland, Norway & Switzerland Custom duty and local taxes are applicable as per their country’s customs authority. Any duty and taxes will be paid by the customer either to courier service which will handle customs obligation on customer’s behalf or customer as applicable.

How do you charge VAT on the order?

All prices on the website are inclusive of the VAT which is 20%. Your order confirmation will be having breakup of VAT charged.
